- Emperador a la Plancha: Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients:

1 fillet of sword fish per person.

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix the olives, tuna, lettuce, and beans.  Chop four of the eggs into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients.  Add oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.  Mix the rice with 1 cup of the mayonnaise.  Place the rice on top of the mixture.  Use a spoon to round the rice into the shape of a dome.  Decorate the top with slices of hard boiled egg, olives, and dots of ketchup.  Serve so each plate has rice and vegetables.  Serve with extra mayonnaise as desired.

**The same recipe can be used for other white fish.
